Bourbon Heights, Inc. has contracted with the Veteran’s Administration! This will allow Veteran’s to access their benefits for short term rehabilitation or long term care and stay close to home, near their family.
The Veteran’s Administration will determine all eligibility and benefits and will authorize services if there is a need for a Veteran. Veterans and/or their family or responsible party should reach out to the VA case worker to see if they are eligible for services in a community nursing home.
In some cases, Veterans may or may not have any out of pocket expenses if they qualify for services.
If you are a veteran and need services, then please reach out to your caseworker and ask for authorization to come to Bourbon Heights, Inc.
